Comparison semicontact and fullcontact disciplines of kickbox in terms of general endurance and action speed
Vesecká, Renata ; Pavelka, Radim (advisor) ; Venzara, Jan (referee)
Title: Comparison of semi-contact and full-contact kickboxing disciplines in terms of general endurance and action speed. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to compare contestants of both disciplines and determine whether there are any differences of speed or endurance nature. The second objective is to create a suitable test battery which is valid for determining special action speed and endurance. Methods: This thesis is of empirical and theoretical nature. The thesis is supported by analyses from specialized literature in the fields of general sport preparation and training martial sports materials, data collection, statistical method of ANOVA. Results: The thesis results show that there are indeed differences in the prepairedness of the contestants from both disciplines, above all in the endurance. We came across an interesting result when testing the special speed. Trainers should certainly consult training methods of related disciplines. Keywords: kickboxing, disciplines, performance structure, testing
Influence of acceleration abilities on performance in agility tests (speed of change of direction of movement)
Hrubý, Jakub ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Name: Influence of acceleration abilities on performance in agility tests (speed of change of direction of movement) Objectives: The main goal of this work is to determine the level of agility performance with acceleration and maximum speed for football players of different age categories. Methods: To solve the problem, I used a correlation analysis. The first measurement was acceleration and peak speed measurement using photocells. The second measurement was focused on performance in change of direction speed. The resulting data from photocell measurements was processed using IBM SPSS statistics 22 and Microsoft Excel. Results: I have found that the greatest impact of the selected COD's tests has an illinois test at r = 0.596 with an almost 100% connection on the acceleration, maximum speed for 16- 17 year old footballers. In addition, it was found that the 505 test had the best connection with the AR_5 test, r = 0.418 with almost 100% acceleration related. The third best result was the arrowhead test, which got r = 0.301, a small correlation value with 90% of the acceleration and maximum speed. The worst result was found in the hexagon test, which had negative r values, ie, an absolutely insignificant correlation. Keywords: football, fitness, speed, COD's, agility, performance structure
Factors affecting high junp performance
Hrubá, Michaela ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Factors influencing performance in high jump Aims: Describe and analyze the factors on which performance in high jump depends Methods: I worked my way up to the results gradually. The first steps were to create a syllabus and study the literature. I have collected the results of all tests and examinations that show the level of my preconditions for performance in the high jump. All the collected results of the tests examined on me were subsequently analyzed and compared with the literature or with the best jumpers in the world. All data were then summarized, processed and converted into text and image form. Results: Specific data was found expressing the levels of individual factors of my performance in the high jump. After comparing with the recommended values in the literature and with the data of the world's best high jumpers, we found that the factors limiting my performance in the high jump are influenced by training. As an athlete, I have excellent preconditions for a high jump. Crucial to my future performance will be my health, the development of také-off speed and the precision of the technique when jumping at border heights. The elaboration of my bachelor's thesis brought me a deepening of my knowledge of high jump. I would like to use this knowledge in the next years of my sports...

The influence of explosive strength indicators on acceleration abilities
Mančal, Karel ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: The influence indicators explosive force on the acceleration abilities Objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out the degrese of relatedness indicators explosively force abilities with an acceleration and maximum velocity of soccer players of different ages. Another aim was to determine the degrese of correlation between the acceleration rate AR5 (5 m) and the maximum velocity of MR20 (20 m). Methods: To solve the problem was used the method of measurement. The first measurement was the measurement of the maximum and acceleration velocity by using photocells. Second measurement was explosively-force abilities at assisting Kistler plate. The data measurement by the photocells and Kistler plate I processed by using IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The data from the program IBM SPSS Statistic 22 were statistically processed by Cohen's d. Results: It was detected that indicators of explosively-force skills CMJ such as maximum height and maximum power have a high effect on the acceleration abilities for footballers aged 15-16. Furthermore, i was found that the greatest change indicators annual increases explosively-force capabilities occurs with SJ. Finally, it was found that the degree of connection between the AR5 and MR20 is low (r = 0.35). Keywords: football, fitness ability, speed, strength,...
Agility
Řehák, Tomáš ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Agility Objectives: Create an overview of current understanding of agility. Get survey of used tests and create tray exercises Methods: When creating our study, we used analysis of literary sources external character, accompanied by it's own critical opinions. We drew primarily on the expertise impact journals. Results: Agility is defined as the ability to quickly change the direction of movement in response to a highly specific stimulus. It is closely associated primarily with speed, strength and finesse. Agility is a very important component of sports performance in sports games, where the bulk of the changes taking place in the movement direction. When testing the agility we use both CODS tests, and tests with response to stimulus. In the condition training is needed to fully devote agility and regarded it as a part of motor skills. Keywords: agility, change of direction speed, motor skills, testing
